Hi I Am Currently On Amlodipine Besylate 10 Mg &

Hi I am currently on Amlodipine Besylate 10 mg & Levothyroxine I would like to know if it's ok to take Magnesium Calcium and Potassium. Also I had very bad side effects from hydrochlorothiazide my dose was 12.5 then raised to 25 once they raised it I got very bad side effects achy legs and joints. I went down to 12.5 but my aches continued. I stopped taking this med because I need to listen to my body. I prefer to eat foods that are natural diuretics Also do you recommend any OTC diuretics ? or tea
