Hi I Am Currently On Eliquis (5 Mg 2x Daily)

Hi I am currently on Eliquis (5 mg 2x daily) and due to insurance reasons need to change to either Pradaxa (150mg 2x daily) or Xarelto (20 mg daily). Can you help me to understand the differencs between these 3 options ...I really like the eliquis and have been using it successfully for 2 yrs.
