Hi I Am Currently Taking A Drug Called Enasidenib As

Hi
I am currently taking a drug called enasidenib as treatment for AML after many rounds of chemo.
The last two blood tests I have taken, my white counts are now going down steadily, as well as my neutrophil and platelet counts. Is there any reason for me to be alarmed? My white counts are at 0.9K/MM3, neutrophils are at 80K/MM3 and platelets are at 80K/MM3. My hemoglobin are at 9.5g/dl and basophils ABS are at 0.0. Is there any supplement I can take to improve the white counts, neutrophils, etc?
