Hi I Am Currently Under Investigation And Waiting To See

Hi I am currently under investigation and waiting to see a consultant. My CEA results are elevated and my symptoms are painful abdo left hand side and back. The suspicion is that I have colitis or diverticulitis. My question is that I am experiencing chest pain on exertion, lightheadedness and wonder if that is related to colitis or a colon problem or separate. Thank you. Julie
