Hi, I Am Declared Medically Unfit In UAE On Base

Hi, I am declared medically unfit in UAE on base of old TB scar. They suspected on seeing x ray & did 3 tests - Mantoux skin test, ESR & Sputum. Both ESR & Sputum came negative but this skin test showed some positive sign (turned reddish & very small bump). I argued that this is cuz of old TB in 2009 & took all medications for 3-4 months & got cured. But not accepted. Can you suggest any way so that the skin test comes -ve when done?
