Hi I Am Diagnosed With Mild Fatty Liver Last Year

I am diagnosed with mild fatty liver last year and I am taking an ayurvedic medicine for that. Since around 1 month I feel slight pain kind of feeling on my right abdomen area. I have done a LFT; the results are mentioned below:

Bilirubin total - 1.4 mg/dl
Bilirubin direct - 0.3 mg/dl
Bilirubin indirect - 1.1 mg/dl
SGOT - 33U/L
SGPT - 65U/L
Alkaline Phosphate - 128U/L
Total Protein - 6.2gm/dl
Albumin - Serum - 4.3 gm/dl
Globulin Serum - 1.9 gm/dl
A/G Ratio - 2.3:1

Kindly have me your advice on this.
