Hi. I Am Diagnosed With Pernicious Anemia With Hb Of

Hi. I am diagnosed with pernicious anemia with Hb of 6.5. As prescribed I took have taken 1 cc vitcofol for 7 days daily and than 1 cc weekly for 12 weeks along with Autrin and NuHenz. Now my Hb is 14.5 and have stopped taking Autrin. Since my digestive system is not absorbing B12 due to MTHFR Mutation, I am supposed to continue with vitcofol. so please advice at what frequency I should take vitcofol injection and how many cc per injection.
