I am experiencing a very pronounced feeling of heart pounding and I sometimes feel a "surging " sensation. This happen many times after eating. I am 61 year old fitness trainer and I also notice I get winded sooner when exerting myself during physical fitness training. I currently take 150 mg of Ibersartan to control elevated BP and my reading have been in the moral range. Any ideas what's causing this phenomenon?
