Hi, I Am Experiencing Extreme Pain That Started Under My

Hi, I am experiencing extreme pain that started under my right rib and has now extended to the left side under my rib and now my abdomen is very bloated as well. I recently had a HIDA scan and was told to see a surgeon to have the surgeon explain the problem - I am now seeing a different GI doctor who has scheduled an endoscopy first (1st appt available for this procedure is Aug 17th) I'm not familiar what organs are located in these areas. Also don't know if I should wait til Aug 17th because I'm in extreme pain. Would appreciate your opinion re this. Thank you.
