Hi, I Am Experiencing Mild Tightness In My Chest, Some

Hi, I am experiencing mild tightness in my chest, some shortness of breath, mild shooting pain in my chest infrequently and I feel a little weak, a little fragile. I am also experiencing my heart racing at times and can't handle physical exertion as well as I am used to. What could be wrong? Also, I am a 49 year old male and covered insurance wise by California Medi-Cal which is California Medicare, and I am in Brookline, Massachusetts at the moment. Will my insurance cover me out here?
