Hi I Am Experiencing Moderate Pain In My Left Shoulder

Hi I am experiencing moderate pain in my left shoulder area around the collar bone into my lower back. It is swollen and feels little warm. It started last night and it is still present. I tried icy hot a few times since it started, ice packs, heat pads, and motrin and the pain is not decreasing at all, Is there anything else i can try at home?
