Hi, I Am Facing Very Unusual Probelm Since Last 3-4

Hi,
I am facing very unusual probelm since last 3-4 days, whenever I am having intercourse, I am feeling internal heat, sweating and erections loosing due to hotness. I am taking virilex tablet since last 4 days as sometimes I face erectile dysfuction issue. In past i have taken virilex tablet without no issues and had stopped as everything was working fine. I started again just 4 days ago. Can you please help me on what might be causing this ?
