Hi I Am Feeling A Slight But Continuous Viberation Just

Hi I am feeling a slight but continuous viberation just below the mid section of the rib cage. I have a well followed up case of Aortic Coarctation with Anuerysm formation on the transverse side of Aeorta and am on Beta blockers to maintain my BP. I have had experienced GI problems in the recent past and got an Ultrasound of the Stomach, Liver and Gall bladder done with no findings. Am not sure what might be causing it. This is the first time I have had any such complains Blood Glucose is 91mmg and BP is 144/78 (52 HR).
