Hi. I am feeling extremely bloated. I mean like 3 times my regular stomachs size. I do have IBS with constipation . But it has gotten a lot worse in the past few months. I am having acid reflux really bad. I have to take stool softeners a couple times a week. It has been just unbarable for 3 days and it hasn't gotten any better. What should I do?
