Hi I Am Feeling Randomly Nauseas For The Last Week

Hi I am feeling randomly nauseas for the last week or so, especially after eating, to the point where I've had to throw up a few times. My pharmacist asked if I was pregnant but I was on my period 2-3 weeks ago and I have implanon in. There's no way I could be pregnant right?
