Hi I Am From India And I Suffer With Major

I am from India and i suffer with major gas issue. Whatever i eat it causes gas iam 6 feet 2 inches weight 127 kg and i am 30 years Old. I have frequent chest pains and have done by Echo and Ecg all tests are normal but i have a feeling that something is wrong with my body. I also have sugar and i urinate a lot people say sugar people suffer from urination but my mind is not accepting it . from past one week i am sufering from breathing problem my general physician said it is due to gas and has put me on a tablet. i was a carefree man untill a year back but now my medical condition makes me think so negtively kindly advice what should i do
