Hi, I am from Nepal. Doctors please help me to understand this. My wife report says this: Smears show predominantly superficial and intermediate squamous cells. Inflammatory changes in the form of incompletely, vesicular chromation, visible nucleoli, binucleation, multivacuolation of cytoplasm and polychromasia is observed. Background comprises of neutrophils, lactobachilli, macrophages and mucus.
