Hi, I Am Getting Huge Pain At Joint Of Head

Hi, I am getting huge pain at joint of head and neck very often(specially when wake up in morning or getting tensed) from last 4 years. I have done many xrays and ultrsonography but nothing has been seen in result but pain continues. I used to take pain killers to avoid the pain but that was temporary relief. Please help.
