I am getting married next month on the 14th. I am on the third day of my periods now, and with a 28 day cycle, my period falls into the week of my wedding which is so undesirable!. I reached out to my family doctor today asking for a way to induce my periods earlier than its due, possibly a week before. I was prescribed to take a BC pill starting tomorrow for the next 15 days and then stop. She said this would make me have my periods in the next 10 days after the stop taking the pill which is ideal for me. I just wanted to confirm if this would be effective?
