Hi I Am Getting Stomach Pains When I Change Sleeping

Hi I am getting stomach pains when I change sleeping positions more on the lower left hand side but my stomach is upset as well because I have really bad diarrhoea also I am getting pain just sitting now feels like when the food is passing through my bowel only very slightly and only for a second or two have you any advice
