Hi! I Am Gradually Trying To Go Off Of Paxil

Hi!
I am gradually trying to go off of Paxil and Xanax- which I have taken on and off for about 25 years. What can I expect to happen? Today I felt very anxious. It was disheartening to say the least. (I was taking those meds for anxiety and panic attacks.
