Hi I Am Haveing Migrans And My Knees Are Hurting

Hi I am haveing migrans and my knees are hurting so bad I can't get any help.my pain Dr lost his license.and right now he will get them back 16 of December.but untill thin I in so much pain I just want to die.is there any help for us plp who really need pain meds.but because of all the drug abuse.it so hard to find anyone in my area to help us.
