Hi I Am Having A Fluttering Feelings In My Left

Hi I am having a fluttering feelings in my left inside leg. Back in October I was getting the same feeling in right arm and shoulder. Went to Doctor and she said that my muscle are so tense and by me having a massage and it could have activate the nerves. It is so strange and I am trying not to worry. Please advise?
