Hi, I Am Having A Lot Of Symptoms That I

Hi, I am having a lot of symptoms that I could not think of what they might mean. I have a sore jaw, a dry throat that causes a hoarse voice and a lot of coughing, a runny nose that makes it hard to breathe but gets a little better with elevating my head, and a weird feeling as if my ears are blocked at times. I can barely hear over the phone and have missed a few days of school because of this. Could you help me?
