Hi, I Am Having A Pain In My Neck At

Hi, I am having a pain in my neck at the left shoulder since almost a month now, I thought maybe it was just because of bad sleeping or something heavy I might have lift, so did not visit a doctor.

I have heard taking a Muscle relaxant should calm that down, is that what u would suggest too?
