Hi! I Am Having A Painful Clitoris Every Time I

Hi! I am having a painful clitoris every time i urinate and it feels like i want to pee every minute. The pain started 2 days ago. I experienced less pain in the first day. I am not sure if i'm having yeast infection or bladder infection. I suspect yeast infection as i felt a little itchiness, but no swelling and just little yellow discharge. However, my main problem is my clit when i urinate. I also monitor my pee and the color is normal yellow. i just had my period two days ago and just recovered from flu.
Any home remedies to ease the pain? Or over the counter meds? I like to try them first as i am currently living here in Thailand and i dont know how to speak yet their language, that i have to find a company who speaks thai to help me translate in explaining my condition.
