Hi, I Am Having A Problem With Sensitivity To Gentle

Hi, I am having a problem with sensitivity to gentle touch on my skin. It is mostly my left arm, hand and my thumb and index finger, but also sometimes on my left thigh. It was on and off for the past few months but now its constant with my arm. I haven't injured it and this seems to be getting worse. Any ideas?
