Hi I Am Having A Sharp Pain In My Left

Hi I am having a sharp pain in my left side of my head, face and neck. Its scruciating pain. my face feels swollen and I feel like someone is struggling me. I have difficulty breathing
The pain goes down my shoulder and arm
I had to take strong pain killers. but even though it decreases the pain but it still here
