Hi, I Am Having Alot Of Pain In My Right

Hi, I am having alot of pain in my right side, both front and back and also around my side. Having a colonoscopy on 10/23, hopefully it will show nothing, but, i know pain usually means an issue. My deseased gall bladder was removed about 10 yrs. ago, full of stones. My dr. indicated that sometimes after that surgery the bile duct acts up...Looking for an answer of what it could be.
