I am having an unusually sever case of gout in my left ankle. Th Dr. has prescribed taking colchicine 6 x daily at a dosage of 0.6 mg. I don't recall what precious dosages from different doctors has been, but ).6 seems very small, and my ankle feels the same way - excruciating at present. Any guidelines on this? Thanks,
