Hi I Am Having Extremely Painful Leg Cramps While Sleeping

Hi I am having extremely painful leg cramps while sleeping and last night I woke with both legs cramping on the outside of the calf running down the length of the muscle and bone, very weird cause usually they are in the calf muscle on the back, then shortly after, i experienced a high spike in blood pressure climbing up to 160/116. it was very scary and after taking a baby aspirin and drinking a electrolyte mix subsided in about two hours. today i feel super tired and weary
