Hi, I Am Having Itchy Skin ( Shoulders, Neck, Back

Hi,

I am having itchy skin ( shoulders, neck, back , tummy, and sides of thighs) for couple months so i went to dermatologist. He gave me a shot and bethametasol cream to help with the rash. The cream seems doesnt help. I suddenly notice there's bruises appeared on the side of my thighs even though i didnt pump into anything. i feel itch badly at night. The rashes is red and feel like a pump . Do you know what causes the rashes and bruises.
