Hi, I Am Having Major Pain In My Parotid Glands,

Hi, I am having major pain in my Parotid glands, after an infection. I recently started an antibiotic, which seemed to have started this flare up. The swelling it getting so tight, it is almost unbearable, what can i do to relieve this swelling and pressure?
