Hi, I Am Having Mild Acne Problem My Doctor Prescribed

Hi, I am having mild acne problem my doctor prescribed me minoz od 100 it cured my acne. I am taking it since 1 year but now I am having side effects such as acid reflux. Now I am afraid that my liver is damage. And second problem is that once I stop taking minoz od my acne reoccurs. Is there any other solution that I can switch to other medicine with less powerful as I am having mild acne problem. And also it won't harm my internal organs.
