Hi, I Am Having Pain In Interior Side Of Both

Hi, I am having pain in interior side of both knees, part of knees that will touch each other if we stand straight. Also after long sitting schedule when i stand up I get cramps at back of my knee. Orthopedics suggested me to take chymoral plus + multi mineral. Kindly suggest if anything else is needed.
