Hi. I Am Having Pain In The Lower Right Side

Hi. I am having pain in the lower right side of my back. It aches like a toothache and also has some sharp pain on occasion when I move around. Do you think it is pinched nerve, muscle injury (I didn't do anything to hurt it) or possibly kidneys? I've been in pain for about 4 days now.
