Hi, I Am Having Problems With Depression And Anxiety. I

Hi, I am having problems with depression and anxiety. I just feel overwhelmed with taking on the task of taking care of family members and all of my work load and all in general. I have been told I have ADD also. My DR. has tried me on several things after taking me off of Effexor but it seems nothing is working. I feel as if I am going crazy I have been making all kinds of errors at work and just forgetting things that I am supposed to remember. I was taking Dextrostat but it wires me up too much and I will not sleep for 2 days. I don't know if you can suggest something for me to do or not.
