Hi I Am Having Problems With My Kidney Function. Some

I am having problems with my kidney function. Some days they work but alot of times they won't work.
I have very strong urges that I have to go and then when I try they won't work. Sometimes my stomach hurts because I can't get them to work and sometimes I can only pass very little amounts of urine. I have a DR. appointment Friday. I had trouble with my bladder leakage. I had no control of my kidneys. I would just release urine with no warning. Now I am having problems with itchy dry skin.
