Hi. I Am Having Severe Pain Going Down The Back

Hi. I am having severe pain going down the back of both legs. I've had 2 360 degree fusions and have a surgically broke back (my back never healed). After the 360 fusion, my sciatic pain went away. The surgeries were in 2010 & 2011. The pain I'm having now is different than the pain I had before. It's not the sharp shooting pain but a horrible aching where I can't sleep. It seems to hurt worse when I'm laying down but hurts all the time. I already take an anti inflammatory every day plus gabapentin and pain meds with no relief. Any help would be greatly appreciative.
