Hi I Am Having Some Difficulties With My Neighbor Who

Hi I am having some difficulties with my neighbor who says she has sims disease. I have never heard of this sickness. She is causing alot of problems for me. Could you please explain what this sickness is about. I am at my wits end with her. Thanks
