Hi. I Am Having Some Shoulder Pain And Have Trouble

Hi. I am having some shoulder pain and have trouble raising my arm and picking up anything with a little weight to it. That shoulder in also a little lower than the other. I do not remember hurting it but have had some pain before with a popping feeling. Not real bad until now. It has been about 2 weeks now.
