Hi. I Am Having This Weird Problem In My Left

Hi. I am having this weird problem in my left hand's ring and little fingers, and it only happens every morning after i wake up. When I try to bend my fingers back and forth, i experience a sudden push and pull at a certain angle. After i massage my palm and the fingers, it then gets back to normal after a while. I have been having this for over a week now. I must also let u know that i have been working hard with my left hand, and its also winter time in Australia, that's where i live. Could you please suggest what i should do? Is it something serious? How can i get rid of this fast? Thanks in advance.
