Hi, I Am Having Tingling In My Hands And Feet

Hi, I am having tingling in my hands and feet after a night of drinking. I also took Xanax and some Dramamine. I have had this before as I am hypoparathyroid and it feels like low calcium levels. But I am also feeling a bit dizzy upon standing.
I had the same thing happen the day after I drank last Wednesday, but it seemed to go away. I'm a bit afraid to go to the ER for fear they will force me into rehab or detox or something. But I am wondering if these symptoms will go away after awhile.
