Hi, I am having trouble recently feeling energized. I am so exhausted physically that almost every morning I can hardly open my eyes. I stay that tired throughout all of my day. I may get a boost of energy here and there but it doesn't last long. I know I at least dream at night but I usually remember them very clearly. The past couple of days I have had started noticing that I have no appetite, I still eat because I know I need too. I just feel sick all day long. I feel very light headed and some dizzy spells. never passed out.
