Hi I Am Having Trouble With My Right Arm And

I am having trouble with my right arm and my right leg, its a tingling sensation that doesn't stop. It all began 3 weeks ago, i also noticed that I can't blow enough air from my right nostril, it seems like i don't have enough oxygen going through that side of my body, I also have a burning sensation on my lower right side of my stomach under my last rib
I also had my gallbladder remove back in January of the current year, I have two staples to secure the arteries or veins after the surgery
Please I need some advice
