Hi I Am Hep B Carrier And My Viral Load

Hi I am hep B carrier and my viral load have doubled from 3890 to 7126 in one month. what to do?
My Ct scan was normal. My spleen has mildly enlarged and U/s Scan was normal.
I am generaly healthy. seeing a hepatologist for liver fiber scan next week.

I am panicking
