Hi! I Am Hoping You Can Help Me Or Give

Hi! I am hoping you can help me or give me a little information - in the last few months I have had major weight gain in my stomach, it looks pregnant or bloated 24/7. It has caused stretch marks on my hips and boobs, everywhere else is still normal size.
I have stopped taking the pill for around 3/4 months, have not had a period for a long time and had my appendix removed due to it bursting and part bowel removed due to chrones disease 8 months ago.
I am suffering from this horrible stomach I'm embarrassed of, every night I feel it twitching or moving when laying down and suffer from leg cramps when sleeping.
Can you please help?
