Hi I Am Hurting On My Right Lower Side About

Hi I am hurting on my right lower side about where my ovary is it burns and is bothering me when I try to sleep. I have several health issues and am supposed to go to my OBGYN the 19 if I can stand it that long, I feel like something is in there it feels like fire burning on that side its gotten to where it hurts most of the time with no relief. I got treated for BV during July I don't know where to go for help.
