Hi. I Am In Thailand Right Now And I Got

Hi. I am in Thailand right now and I got a very bad abdominal pain 5 days ago and it has kept going on all this time. It is getting better and coming in shorter waves but still hurts at times. I thought I just has a little stomach flu, but 2 days ago I got a yeast infection aswell. It makes sense why I would have a yeast infection because it is so hot and I have been sweating everywhere all the time. But I started reading online and I am afraid now I might have a sexually transmitted infection. I tried going to the hospital today but it didn't help and no one can really understand English in this town.
Please help! :(
