Hi I Am In My 39th Week Of Pregnancy. I

Hi I am in my 39th week of pregnancy. I did my scan in 37th week, which showed liquor marginally less (AFI = 7.4 cm) my doc has given Arg9 sachet and Aminofit to increase liquor. The scan also detected single loose loop of nuchal chord seen on colour Doppler at present. I also did urine test which has detected protein present (trace). But my BP is normal neither high nor low. I do feel less movements of a baby as compared to last week and also feel very heavy. I do have pain in my left pelvic area. I want to know in my case what are the chances of normal delivery and is everything normal?
